Career Ready Credential (formerly known as WorkKeys)

CAREER READY CREDENTIAL (formerly called WorkKeys) is a portable credential that confirms to employers that an individual possesses the basic workplace skills necessary for successful job performance. The CRC is obtained by completing WIN formal assessment (which now can include a soft skills CRC) and, depending on the scores achieved, an individual can receive a certificate at one of the following levels:
BRONZE LEVEL
Core employability skills for approximately 30% of jobs. (Level 3)

SILVER LEVEL
Core employability skills for approximately 65% of jobs. (Level 4)

GOLD LEVEL
Core employability skills for approximately 90% of jobs. (Level 5)

PLATINUM LEVEL
Core employability skills for approximately 99% of jobs. (Levels 6 or 7)

To earn a Career Ready Certificate, you must successfully pass three tests. They are Reading,  Locating Information, and Applied Mathematics. Call 886-4429 to inquire or come by the Code Learning Center located on Holland Avenue in Seneca to sign up for a class or schedule your tests.  There is no charge for this test, there is, however, a fee if you wish to have instruction to prepare for the tests.
